Any product(s) purchased through nonnasgourmetfoods.com that are produced specifically to your specification are nonrefundable unless we determine that there was a flaw in the merchandise. If any order is returned due to insufficient/incorrect address information or address change, the product(s) will not be replaced nor refunded. In stock items that are returned within 14 days of receipt must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund (less shipping costs). Return shipment costs will not be refunded. We will review returned products for credit or exchange only, if they are returned in resalable condition (undamaged with a vacuum seal in tact) within 30 days.
Nonna’s Gourmet Foods wants to make sure that your shopping experience is as easy as possible. That is why we are offering two (2) methods of shipment: UPS and USPS for all online retail orders placed in the Continental United States.
